A Magical and Mystical Birthday Card

I made this card for two reason, first its my Niece's birthday this weekend so I wanted to create something fun for her to have on her birthday.  She is currently loving My Little Ponies so i thought I thought I would go with a take on that.  Secondly, I wanted to participate in the Lawnscaping Challenge #79, which is to try something new.  I have been wanting to make a shaker card for some time now but couldn't quite come up with the construction of it. After watching the tutorial on Pretty Pink Posh today (Sequin Shaker Tutorial) , I got inspired and decided to give it a shot.

I used the Lawn Fawn-Critters Ever After to create this magical pony theme.  In the shaker area I added Micro-beads, Sequins, Wood Veneers and some of the magic wands from the stamp set.  I am pretty happy with how it turned out.  I hope she likes it as much as I do.  Thanks for taking the time to read my post today and I hope you enjoyed my card.

Let the Fun and Games Begin

This is the first challenge that I have decided to participate in.  Lawn Fawn stamps have been my favorite from the beginning, so I thought it was fitting that both my first blog post as well as my first challenge should be a Lawnscaping one!  I am submitting this card for the Clean and Simple Challenge #78.  For this challenge I used the Critters in the Forest and the Into the Woods die stamp and die sets.  Thanks for stopping by!

Let me formally introduce myself to the blogging world. Hi! I'm Meagan and I am all of the following: Craft Supply Hoarder ( I mean Crafter), Dachshund Enthusiast and a sports fan.  I have decided to join the blog world so that I can share my paper craft creations with you.  I started scrapbooking when I was in High School and really enjoyed it just couldn't really ever find the time or space to do it.  Now that I have my very own craft room, yes I know I am incredibly lucky, I have really been able to start playing around more.  I will post a few of my most recent creations in my next post!
